I've only visited Ray's for Sunday Brunch which is extremely busy and crowded. The wait is super long, but all things considered, I definitely think it's worth it. The atmosphere is lively, the music is great, and the food is delicious. I LOVE the variety in fare. It's not your standard grits and eggs and I appreciate that. You'll end up paying a little more than $20 per person, but when you consider that the nicer brunches in the city are about the same price, I'd say the price is fair. Ray's Sunday brunch is great for families, friends, or a couple's meal. I recommend everyone going at least once.
